The tests of dispenser have been presented in the chapter three. The premier test and the following test are defined in the metrological test regulation of dispenser. The premier test is conducted in two phrase: N.1 test take place in the manufacture when combined with the final examination. No.2 test take place after the installation in the working place with product. The following test means after the installation and a while of operation. A series of test will be required to formulate the practicable test cycle by which man can carry out the cycling test. Therefore, there are differences between the cycling test and following test. The following test isn’t always the cycling test. But the cycling test can be regarded as successive to following test.
The introduced test of dispenser include the premier test, following test which can be detailed by the requirement, test method, result treatment and the cautions.
5.1 General requirement for the test of dispenser
5.1.1 test ambient
the ambient is not quiet selectable. Except the first series of test in premier test was occurred in the manufacture, all the others take place in the local place. Therefore, the condition isn’t so rigor. The general requirement for the local place is the shield from sunshine, rain and wind. Other such as the test temperature, humidity, power supply are mentioned in the test condition for performance test of dispenser.
5.1.2 Test medium
The required test medium is more rigor than that in the assortment test. during the first phrase of the premier test, the test medium will adopt the same viscosity as the actual test medium. Others including the cycling test will use the actual medium. When the dispense is used with different mediums, the probable product shall be tested. No other alternatives, no water.
Other test conditions such as the medium temperature, medium temperature in dispenser and the medium temperature differential in the equipment can be refer to the assortment test.
5.1.3Test equipment
The standard device for the test of dispenser are standard measuring devices or other devices which can meet the metrological characteristic demand. That means except metal standard devices, all the metrological standard devices which can meet the demand: accuracy +_0.3%, repeat 0.15%.can be used in that test. That item offer great possibilities of selection for that test.
5.1.4 Ancillary devices
The ancillary devices for test include thermometer and temperature sensor, stopwatch and gradienter.
5.2 standard device for the test of dispenser
5.2.1 Metal standard measuring devices are made of the metal plank or alloy board, no stainless steel, brass, aluminum and alum alloy. The illustration of standard devices refer to image 5-1.
The form and size of standard devices depend on the condition and requirement of precision. The structure and form will meet the following demand.
5.2.1.1 the vapor and solved air in the liquid can’t be ejected completely when filling the liquid into the measuring devices. The tested liquid can be expelled totally when beginning to discharge the liquid, which means except the drop suspended in the wall, no tested liquid will be storaged |
