6.1 installation and utilization
6.1.1 Transportation of dispenser
weighs 200kg, cylinder ,dispenser belongs to the light equipments, but care should be taken about the pedestal and frame from the eclipse because of the small pedestal area and high center of gravity which cause the inclination easily. The frame and glass of window will also be cared of their fragibilities.
6.1.2 Installation of the pedestal of dispenser
On the top of the pipe of supply tank there must be equipped with non-return valve to prevent the return of liquid when dispenser stop which result to the scarcity of oil in pipe. The jacket shall be unscrewed before the installation of the bottom valve and the protective film need be tore off. Filled the oil into the jacket to ensure that no leakage within half an hour. Attention should be paid to the dirty and leakage caused by the broken valve and to avoid the malfunction of the valve. The bottom valve shall be painted carefully between each step on the external thread instead of female-thread. The tool shall hanged on the bottom of the filter. It’s prohibited to screw forcing on the body of valve to avoid the deformation and leakage. During the installation the equipment shall be absolute vertical.
Installation of dispenser.
Base of installation
Installed vertically on the island base of concrete and fixed with Anchor bolt. Pipe, wire and earth wire shall go through the holes in the base of concrete, once finished the sand will be filled into the holes. No holes exist in the pedestal of dispenser, no tunnel connected to other area to avoid the concentration and expansion of oil and gas.
Connection of pipe
the pressure loss of the pipe distanced from the outlet of supply tank to the inlet of pump shall be less than the suction height of pump, or the dispenser will be out of work. Therefore the horizontal distance between the dispenser and storage tank is generally no more than 20m, the vertical distance between the inlet of dispenser and lowest level of storage tank no more than 4m, and the flowrate shall not be more than 60L/min. Then fix the inlet of dispenser and the pipe of storage tank.
Installation of electric devices
The wire of dispenser shall take the material of steel, go through the holes of pedestal. Turn shall be fixed at the end of wire to prevent the penetration of drop into the steel pipe. The wire shall be covered of the oil-proof isolated plastic jacket. No single conductor line and aluminum-corn wire can be used. The wire from the outlet of pipe shall be connected into the junction box through the inlet of that. After the draining of the wire into function box the anti-explosion cap shall be screwed to ensure that the anti-ex performance of the junction box shall not reduced or omitted, isolated materials or anti-ex hose shall wrap the midway separated from the wires in case of leakage and abrasion. |
