These engines are to be regarded as machinery within the meaning of Article 4(2). They
do not have to bear the CE marking but in order to move freely they must be
accompanied by the manufacturer’s declaration according to the model in Annex II.B.
The complete machine must bear the CE marking and must be accompanied by the
documents required by the manufacturer of the assembly.
