welcome to :The calibration of a prover base volume shall be carried out such that the expanded uncertainty of the calibration be within one-fifth of the maximum permissible error on pattern approval tests and one-third of the maximum permissible error on verification tests. The estimation of the expanded uncertainty shall be made with a coverage factor k = 2. Expanded uncertainty includes uncertainty of measurement standards, uncer- tainty of calibration operation, and uncertainty of the prover being calibrated.Electric Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmosphere,The Standard Of Fuel Dispenser, narrative The Fuel Dispenser and Accessories, Such as Flow meter, Auto Nozzle, Automatic Nozzle, Pumping Unit, Electronic counter, Fueling pump, gas pump, gasoline pump, petrol pump, filling pump, petrol pump, Fuel Dispensers, fuel dispenser, gas pump, petrol pump, filling pump, petrol dispenser, fuel dispenser, gas pump, petrol pump, filling pump, petrol dispenser, gas pump petrol pump filling pump petrol dispenser fuel dispenser petrol pump filling pump petrol dispenser fuel dispenser gas pump filling pump, petrol dispenser, fuel dispenser, gas pump, petrol pump, petrol dispenser, fuel dispenser, gas pump petrol pump, filling pump fuel dispenser, fuel dispensers, fueling dispenser, fueling dispensers, electronic fuel dispenser, electronic fuel dispensers, electronic fueling dispenser, electronic fueling dispensers, fuel pump, fueling pump, electronic fuel pump, electronic,Standard, fuel dispenser standard" 1="Fuel Dispenser / Fuel Dispensers Professional Knowlege, fuel dispenser, gas pump, petrol pump, filling pump, petrol dispenser, fuel dispenser, gas pump, petrol pump, filling pump, petrol dispenser, gas pump petrol pump filling |Fuel DispenserFuel DispenserFuel DispenserFuel DispenserFuel Dispenser

Electric Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmosphere
Part  I :  GB3836.1----2000  General Requirement
Preface

GB3836.1----2000 Electric Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmosphere Part I General Requirement (hereafter called “the Standard ”issued by the  National Technology Supervision Bureau come into effect in Aug. 1,2000.Due to long and more emendation, there are a number of changes between the Standard and GB3836.1—83 Explosion-proof Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmosphere (hereafter called “the former Standard”).Thereby the emendation is considered eagerly .The following is the contents of main emendations:

  1. Chief principle and process of the emendation
  2. General Configuration and method of the emendation
  3. Main differentiation between the Standard and IEC 60079—01998(hereafter called “IEC Standard” )
  4. Interpreter of GB3836.1—2000 items

1   Chief Principle and Process of the Emendation
Since the promulgation of the GB 3836.1—83 Explosion-proof Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmosphere in Aug.29 ,1983 and implement in Jan.1,1985, it has past fifteen years .From that time the Standard made great contributions to China’s development and progress of explosive-proof electric apparatus .With along of the reform and opening promotion ,science and technology progress, international exchanges increasing ,especially the development of explosion-proof electric products as well as the diversity of product structure and function, the relative international standard have been modified several times. IEC (central committee)44(1981), EN50014(1978) for example, were emended in 1992.The National Explosion-proof Electric Apparatus Standardization Technology Committee (hereafter called Standard Committee),even  proposed to amend the national standard GB3836.1~4-83 in Aug. of 1989,which wrote into the Machinery and Electronics Industry Dept.’ science & technology department plan, and numbered as 90460810.

2. General Configuration and Method of the Emendation

The general configuration is equal to those of IEC60079-0:1998 and EN50014: 1992 .There are 27 chapters with the same subjects as IEC and EN Standard. According to national present
condition the reserved items in the former standard and some IEC items needed interpret are presented in means of “footnote ”. For example, item 8.3 is explained through footnote. In IEC prescribe the item 8.1 can’t be applicable of I type portable gauge. However, the national standard has the regulation of Sort I portable or supportable electric drill, portable gage and light, which are verified from several years practice. Therefore, the regulation is much more convenient for product design and inspection. Taking item 27.1 for example, IEC Standard only show the text excluding the footnote so that lead to much contradictions in understanding “still endure and clarity under chemical erosion ”.In order to deal with the situation ,footnote is used in accordance with national requirement about scutcheon and giving more explanation of “clarity and endure ”.

Thanks to increasing and preserve much content , compared with the IEC and EN Standards ,3 additional appendixes are implemented ,namely, Procedure of Inspection, Moisture-proof Requirements of Sort I Electric Apparatus , Special Requirements on Plastic crust of I group Electric Apparatus, which are adaptable of the inspection of explosion-proof electric apparatus and the specific demands of colliery electric apparatus .The content reserved and reason as well as the significant changes between the standard and GB3836.1-83 are narrated in the preface of standard. Owing to settle down the fire-proof problem of Sort I electric apparatus nonmetal material, the burn-resistance request is enhanced in accordance with IEC 60079-0:1998.See Appendix E.
